Participation is subject to those over 18 years of age, but in the event of being the winner of the prize draw, the companion may be a minor as long as they are accompanied by their parent, or present the relevant authorisation to travel accompanied by the adult winner of the prize draw. Entry to the competition will be valid from 14 March 2024 until 30 April 2024 at 23:59 hours (Spanish mainland time).
3. Participation by purchasing a product

4. Eligibility
Employees, partners or first degree relatives of employees of Sports Emotion Hub, S.L.
5. Description of the prize
Return flight Spain/Berlin, hotel stay and entrance to the Euro 2024 final for the winner and one accompanying person.
6. Participation Mechanics
All those who are adidas Members of Fútbol Emotion (those who have a registered user in Fútbol Emotion or create one at the moment of making the purchase) and buy one of the Spanish national team jerseys included in the promotion will automatically participate. Each product purchase on the web or in the store will be automatically registered and assigned to a delivery note number associated to the buyer's data. Among all registered participants, a draw will be carried out the week after April 30, 2024. Under no circumstances may the value of the prize be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
7. Notification to the winner
The week after April 30, 2024, the winner will be contacted via personal data registered in his/her Member account (e-mail and/or telephone) to inform him/her about the procedure to obtain the prize.
8. Deadlines for claiming the prize
If the winner does not accept the prize or cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the first contact attempt, he/she will not be able to claim the prize and the alternate will be contacted.
9. Control of participations and fraudulent participations
Only people with residence in Spain over 18 years old will be able to participate. The winner's companion may be a minor, as long as he/she will enjoy the prize with one of his/her parents or his/her parents or legal guardian give their consent to take the trip.
10. Data protection
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13, 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, participants are informed that Sports Emotion Hub, S.L. respects and protects the privacy of its users. The User who registers at www.futbolemotion.com and does not wish to receive commercial communications that Porteromanía, S.L. may send him/her, may indicate so in the user account area. The User will not be able, on the other hand, to opt out of receiving other communications from Sports Emotion Hub, S.L., since sending them is necessary for the maintenance of the service.
11. Image rights
The winner of legal age authorizes the organizing company to reproduce and use his/her name, surname, address and image in any publicity-promotional activity related to the contest in which he/she has won without such use conferring any right of remuneration or benefit whatsoever, except for the delivery of the prize won. In the event that the accompanying person is a minor, he/she must be authorized by his/her legal guardian(s) to make the trip and to publish his/her image for promotional purposes.
