The German brand revolutionised the market in 2006 when it introduced the first football with panels that were not made up of the classic 32, but rather a mixture of different types of panels with a different construction.
This design also sealed one panel to the other, eliminating the seams and making the ball more spherical and cleaner. It gave us a super spherical ball and, like the Jabulani, a later ball would have some unpredictable movement.
Well, in 2025 we have this remake, which is practically a 'one to one', because we don't have exactly the same ball, mainly because of the passing of the years, slight changes in the material and because the factories where this mythical +Teamgeist was made have closed down. So this ball is a really spectacular remake, because it manages to bring back those crazy and pleasant sensations when we shoot with this +Teamgeist. Incredible.
But this ball doesn't come alone, because we also need adidas football boots to play with. That is why adidas has created a pair of adidas Predator boots with the design of the ball, which is a gem no matter how you look at it.
The colours of the ball are used as a reference and are reflected in a brilliant way on the Predator, with details on the sides and, of course, on the tongue and sole.
On a technical level there are no changes, maintaining the hybridtouch as the base of the casing, which gives us an elegant touch and with a lot of grip thanks to the ‘predator element’ that we have on the side.
