Since the dazzling Nike Mercurial Cut to Brilliance was released ny Nike in September 2017, we hadn't seen another new chapter of the boot series that narrate the career of the Portuguese player. However, the wait has been worth and after going through his arrival to the Real Madrid now it's time to go over his history with the Portuguese Federation.
When talking about the Portuguese Football Federation and Cristiano Ronaldo what first comes to mind is their recent conquest of the European Championship in 2016. However, that's not all. The first thing that can be seen is the prevailing colour, an aquamarine green that Nike has used on previous occasions for the away jersey. Besides, for this version, Nike has retrieved the classic overblown swoosh on the outer lateral of the boot that represents the golden spherical astrolabe of the Portuguese flag. This same sphere is also in the heel combined with the letter "C", creating thus what could be a new logo for the player.
On the heel we can find the Portuguese flag and badge along with Mercurial's logo. Also, in the insole reapperas the heel's logo, but this time with the a motto that claims these boots have been created by Cristiano Ronaldo's exact specifications.
Finally, the sole of the Nike Mercurial Chapter 6 CR7 has kept the same characteristics as the mass model, but with a decoration according to the rest of the upper. An aggressive sole for a player that needs traction to be one of the strongest points of this boot in order to potentiate his game to the maximum.
