With the summer tournaments just a few weeks away, we now have the boots that, following NB’s "Grey Day Pack," bring color to the competition, opting for a sort of lime color with black details for their two silos.
New Balance Tekela Football Boots
We start with the brand's most touch-focused boot, maintaining the lime color base with black details characteristic of the pack. The black even extends to the sole, making for a truly striking boot.
Technically, hypoknit is the key feature, providing the necessary comfort and fit while offering the cushioned and precise touch we seek in a boot of this style. The sole is very stable, especially thanks to the lateral laminated studs surrounding the conical studs in the middle. A boot designed for endless passing.
New Balance Furon Football Boots
One of the best speed boots on the market, the Furon is even more minimalist than its counterpart, as the black details are minimal, and the color perfectly extends across the entire upper. The detail is in the sole, where we see a touch of green at the back blending with the lime yellow at the front.
In terms of performance, we have the same material as the Tekela, with "hypoknit" in a more fitted and snug boot, but with that plush feel that NB’s knit provides. The sole is very aggressive, with arrow-shaped studs offering perfect reactivity, in a combo that, thanks to its shape, is very suitable for wide feet. A luxurious boot.
Finally, we have the New Balance colors for the Copa America and Euro 2024 this summer, and they will undoubtedly stand out on the field.
Personally, I like these combinations, and I am sure we will see more than one goal from the players wearing them.
