One of the biggest problems when working with goalkeepers is the scarce material we can count with. This SP DVD will show you that it's possible to work with the same contents that a professional goalkeeper uses although just counting with limited ressources. In short, this is an example of the SP method that has been so succesful in our training events.


42 exercises divided in 7 tematic sections rising difficulty so they can be adapted to all ages and levels:

Animated computer graphics: before each exercise, a complete animated computer graphic will explain how to do it. Besides, during the visualization of the exercise, a voice-over will guide you about the technical and realisation aspects that the goalkeeper needs to strengthen in each task.
