UPPER
In the new upper of the Mercurial, we see how in the toe of the shell we have a synthetic micro-fiber that is characterized by being molded to the toes from the first use and with which you will have an optimal hit, as it is waterproof and over time.
CHASSIS
Insole manufactured with Phylon to offer a correct cushioning and remaining loyal to the philosophy of a boot developed to be as light as possible.
OUTSOLE
Made of rubber with a new design following a pattern where the rectangles are the element that is repeated, with greater density in the areas of most wear, guaranteeing traction, stability and a lot of contact with the ball.
RECOMMENDED FOR
Players competing at the amateur or initiation level, who value comfort, the distinctive touch of the synthetic upper and the traction of a versatile sole with great resistance to the pass of time and use. First i must say that design is great and very unique if you compare with other Mercurials, so your kid will feel like a star when he/she step on the pitch and than score some goals with Nike Mercurial Vapor XIII Academy Neymar.
They are lightweight, with good first touch and acceleration, lock down of fit is good but not the best if you compare them with for example very popular Nike Superfly 6 Academy.
They are not true to size so i can recommend half size smaller, because football boots needs to be your "second skin" and also to avoid injuries from sliding feet inside the boot.
From my side i'm not happy with build quality it's good but from Nike i was expecting better and because of that i will give four stars to this model.
