Member Points are points you earn with every purchase you make or by participating in promotions we invite you to join. Our points scheme is very simple.
You earn 3 points for every €1 you spend. We will tell you during the checkout process how many points you can earn and when you can use them as a direct discount on your next purchase.
At this moment, for every 100 member points, you will receive a €1 discount that will be applied at the time of payment in our web and physical shops. (Except in the physical shops in Tarragona, Lisbon, Porto or Milan. In these stores, your purchases will accumulate points but you will not be able to redeem them).

There is no minimum or maximum amount to spend, but they have an expiry date of 6 months from the moment they are generated.

Yes, Member Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are added to your profile. You may have points with different expiry dates if you have generated them at different times, but you can spend them all on the same purchase. Member Points are used in full at the time of purchase unless you have more points than the total amount of the purchase.

You can do this directly online by accessing one of our football or basketball websites and identifying yourself with your email and password. Once there, you can modify the data that has changed.

If you are a customer or have a user account on our websites, you are a Member. You have two options: if you do not want to receive communications, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe links in our emails.
