I had a terrible delivery experience with my recent order of football boots (Ref: WWW 202500104175). Despite paying a significant amount, the package was left unattended in the main entrance hallway without requiring a signature. When I returned home, it was missing. It took a frustratingly long time to get my refund. A company charging premium prices should ensure secure deliveries. I strongly recommend they change their policy to require a signature upon delivery. Disappointing experience overall
