I had to complain the first time I wore the gloves, they opened in the palm of the hand.
No 'm not happy with this complaint because I'm still waiting for the answer to this complaint about an article that is visible to the naked eye that broke the stitch that sews on the gloves, it should be replaced soon. I'm a former frequent customer who lives far from the store and I've had to travel on purpose to make a complaint, but they haven't been able to resolve the problem at the store.
