No can't rate a product I haven't received yet. I've been waiting for more than 1 week for the carrier to make the delivery to my location, I don't understand why CTT can't make the delivery. It's not your fault but I'm very unhappy with it and I ask you to forward this comment to the carrier that makes your deliveries. I get messages every day saying they are going to deliver the order and then they say it wasn't possible to deliver and also the delivery address is where I work and where CTT leaves every day at my company.
