The bosu came with a defect in the rubber. I sent an email last month and got no response. The customer service is not operational either. I am disappointed, because I am a regular customer in the purchase of boots by this site and never expected not to have had any kind of attention, much less a resolution of my problem. Right now I don't advise anyone to purchase this item and I'm going to consider Purchase other items on this site. I am No satisfied with this purchase.
