What does mixed mean in a pair of Football Boots?
Mixed (Rubber y aluminium)
Mixed soles with rubber and aluminium studs are a very popular option amongst professional players and is more seen each time in amateur football.
Some years ago kit men from professional clubs used to cut 6 rubber studs and put aluminium studs in that space to get a boot with both the properties of rubber and aluminium soles: they pierce well into the ground, they provide grip without any discomfort on hard natural grounds and they have the characteristic flexibility of FG soles.
With the improvement natural pitches have experienced (over all on a professional level), brands have began to get rid of soles with all-aluminium studs and mixed soles are used more each time.
