What are the shipping costs?

Fútbol Emotion makes international shipments to almost every country in the world. Select your destination country and you will be able to check both shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

Please note that these are estimates and that customised orders or orders that are out of stock will take a few days longer to arrive.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

At Fútbol Emotion's website we offer you the option of checking the status of your order in real time. To do so, log into your user profile and go to the "My orders" section.

In this section you will be able to consult the status of your order at Fútbol Emotion's warehouse as well as the tracking of the shipping company once the order leaves our facilities. If the order has been sent and you don't receive your products within the estimated delivery time, here you can check the shipping company's contact information so you ask for further help.

LARGE OR BULKY ORDERS

In the case of very large or bulky orders, especially in areas outside the Iberian Peninsula where the shipping costs are excessively high, Fútbol Emotion reserves the right to contact the customer after placing the order online, in ordert to modify the shipping costs according to volume.

ABOUT CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The above prices refer to shipping costs, and not to customs charges (unless otherwise stated). In the event that a package is held up at customs, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay any taxes and customs fees applied to the package. Fútbol Emotion is not responsible for the cost of customs, nor for any delays that may be caused in the delivery of the package. The client will not be able to return the order for this reason, unless Fútbol Emotion has made a mistake.

There are some countries where customs duties can be very high. These countries are, according to our experience: Argentina, Venezuela, Cuba, Brazil and Uruguay. To a lesser extent, customs in Bolivia are also problematic. In these countries, it is not advisable to buy from our shop without first finding out which charges will be applied to the delivery of the package. The purchase of a product from Fútbol Emotion implies acceptance of these conditions.
