The sale and purchase of the items was great and nothing to complain about. The delivery was very poor on this occasion, it took nearly 2 weeks to dispatch the items, it was only until I contacted customer service I got told that there was a 'shipment problem', I contacted the customer service again after I received the items as it said I had 495 points on my email as a result of purchasing these items but told by customer service I didn't have points as this was after the points reward system got implemented even though it states on my delivery email I had accrued 495 points.

in general the experiencia was very efficient and straightforward. I will definitely shop again since there is quite a variety of products that interests me. I would love to see even more products relevant to Argentina and Barcelona
the only problem I hade was teturns I asked customer services where to send my rerun I took it to my post office paid £23 it got sent back to me I hade been given the rong address so I have loss £23 post and £65 refund not happy at all infact I have not shopped at fuball since
